EMCC BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
  1. Class numbers are limited to a maximum of 20 students per class.
  2. Written cancellation received within 5 days prior to the commencement of the course will attract an administration fee of $15 per person.   Written advice should be directed to the EMCC Insurance Training, PO Box 55, Lithonia, GA 30058
  3. No refund can be made for cancellations received within 3 days of commencement of the course.
  4. If no written cancellation is received prior to the course and the participant does not attend, then the participant or the authorizing company is liable for full course fees.
  5. Should the participant be unable to attend, a substitute nomination is welcome at no additional charge.
  6. A transfer of course registration can be made at any time.   Advice must be in writing.   Each transfer will attract a $15 administration fee.
  7. EMCC reserves the right to cancel/postpone a course in the event of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient number of participants.   Every effort will be made to ensure that participants of canceled courses are placed on the next available course.   Where a course is canceled by EMCC and the participant elects not to be placed on the next available course, a full refund will be made.
  8. Students that pass the administered class tests will be recommended to take the state Licensing exam and, if unsuccessful in the State exam, will be allowed to sit in on future classes until the state exam is passed for up to 3 months thereafter.
